Our new broker portal is here

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement programme, which includes listening to your valuable feedback, we have invested in a new broker portal which includes a number of system enhancements to improve our service to you and your clients. The system is available today, Monday 30 September.


What do you need to do?

To ensure a smooth transition over to the new system, simply:

  • Log in to the new portal – the first time you log in you will be asked to enter a new password. This password will need to be different from your existing password and will only be used to access the new portal. All new DIP and FMA submissions should be submitted and progressed via the new portal.

  • Manage your current cases on the existing portal – any DIP & FMAs entered prior to Monday 30 September will remain on the existing portal. This means any additional information we require will need to be provided on this portal. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please contact your local Business Relationship Manager.


What’s changing?

  • Improved functionality
    • Adding notes to cases – you will be able to add notes to cases if we request additional information
    • Soft footprint at DIP – we’ve removed the hard footprint at DIP stage to improve your clients journey
    • Copy DIP facility – if you should need to re-submit a DIP, then you can simply copy the information across
  • Shared Equity (Help To Buy) – made available through our new system
  • Future development – our investment in the new platform will play a key part in our future success and demonstrates our commitment to adapt to both new technologies and supporting our intermediary partners
