Were upgrading our broker portal soon

As part of our ongoing continuous improvement programme, which includes listening to your valuable feedback, we have invested in a new broker portal and we will be launching the new enhanced system to improve our service to you and your clients soon.

What’s changing?

  • Improved functionality
    • Our brand new Switching portal – enabling you to process product transfers for your clients quickly and easily up to 3 months prior to the end of their current deal
    • Adding notes to cases – you will be able to add notes to cases if we request additional information
    • Soft footprint at DIP – we’ve removed the hard footprint at DIP stage to improve your clients journey
    • Copy DIP facility – if you should need to re-submit a DIP, then you can simply copy the information across
  • Shared Equity (Help To Buy) – made available through our new system
  • Future development – our investment in the new platform will play a key part in our future success and demonstrates our commitment to adapt to both new technologies and our intermediary partners

What do you need to do?

There’s currently nothing you need to do, however, over the next few weeks you may start to see some changes on our website. This is so we can ensure a smooth transition over to the new system.
