Declaration

By clicking the ‘Accept offer’ you confirm that the applicant(s):

1. Understand and agree to the conditions of offer.

2. Understand that the figures in the offer are approximate and may differ at the date of the switch.

3. Understand that once the product switch is completed they will not have the right to change their mind and withdraw from the contract unless they pay any applicable Early Repayment Charges.

4. Understand that the new mortgage terms will be put into effect on the first day of the month following the end of the current mortgage deal and that the monthly payment will be adjusted accordingly for that month. Providing this declaration has been received on or before the 25th of the month prior to the product switch.

Please note, for applicants with a product ending on 31 March 2024, this declaration must be received on or before the 22 March 2024 for the switch to take effect from 1 April 2024.
