Service Standards

We aim to:

• Complete an initial review of your full mortgage application by an underwriter and instruct valuation within 3 working days
• Deal with your supporting documentation within 4 working days
• Offer your applications within 2 working days at the point of final case review, once all supporting documentation has been received (subject to valuation)
• Offer your applications within 21 working days

We need your support to:

• Scan and upload the supporting documentation requested at initial review against the individual checklist item. (Please note that uploading documents we haven’t requested may slow down the process)
• Ensure that all information provided is accurate
• Upload the requested supporting documentation as soon as you can to help us offer your case.
