Moseley is a fantastic part of Birmingham with its farmers and arts markets, but what makes it particularly special and unique is having at its centre, the Park and Pool. This historic park, with some 300 years of history, is run by a charitable trust. The Park was originally a major part of the gardens of the Moseley Hall estate which were designed by the famous landscape gardener Humphry Repton. Free for the public on Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm, and on the same Saturday as the farmers' market once a month.

The Herbert’s popular Early Years Exhibition for families is back this summer with Playful Planet, suitable for ages 0-4. This immersive exhibition invites young visitors into a specially designed world of sensory spaces. Children can marvel at meteorites hitting the earth, gaze up at starry nights and distant planets, and explore sensory pods surrounded by calming sound effects and gentle lighting.
