View your savings account

You can use the savings portal to access your savings account online whenever it suits you.

To use the savings portal for the first time, you'll need to set up a PIN online. If you've already got a PIN for our automated telephone service, you can use this to log into the savings portal.

To log in you'll need:

• Your savings account number
• Your date of birth
• Your PIN

In the savings portal you can:

• Check your account balance and interest rate.
• Look at your 30 most recent transactions.
• Request an interest statement.
• Move your money to your nominated bank account (if your account allows you to move money).
• Close your account.
• Update your contact details.
