View your savings account

You can use the savings portal to access your savings account online whenever it suits you.

To use the savings portal for the first time, call us on 0345 241 3785 to set up a 4 digit security PIN. If you've already got a PIN for our automated telephone service, you can use this to log into the savings portal.

To log in you'll need:

• Your savings account number
• Date of birth
• Your 4 digit security PIN

In the savings portal you can:

• Check your account balance and interest rate.
• View the last 10 transactions.
• Ask for an interest statement.
• Move your money to your nominated bank account (if your account allows you to move money).
