Leanne started with the Society over 14 years ago alongside studying for her degree at Wolverhampton University. Her journey with the West Brom has seen her become an experienced member of staff in the branch network where she was part of the relief team. Leanne joined the intermediary team in April 2015 where she was a Relationship Development Assistant on our established support team. This was where she got her appetite for the intermediary market and soon set to completing her CeMap before successfully progressing to her current role of Business Relationship Manager.

Leanne’s time at the West Brom has seen her gain good and valuable knowledge of The Society and in particular the Intermediary Team. Her strive to do the best for her mortgage brokers means that you will be in safe hands.

With 10 years’ experience in mortgages, I’ve held a variety of roles that have given me a wealth of experience within the industry, from Customer Support, Mortgage Broker, and Mortgage Advisor to Telephone BDM.

My long term plan was to become a Field Business Relationship Manager, and my experience as a Mortgage Broker and a Mortgage Advisor for a Bank, enables me to understand both sides of the industry. This experience has made me passionate about building meaningful relationships with my brokers and therefore helping more customers.

Away from work I am an avid sports fan (Football, Golf, Formula 1 - you name it!) and a keen surfer, so covering the South West comes with its perks.

Kathryn joined the West Brom in 2024 after many successful years as a broker.

Kathryn has extensive experience in financial services from retail banking to advising clients on their mortgage and protection needs, as well as successfully completing her Law LLB (Hons) giving her further knowledge and understanding on the legalities of property purchases.

Kathryn covers the South East and London. Living by the coast, Kathryn spends a lot of time at the beach with her two children and restoring classic Land Rovers with her husband.

Neil joins the West Brom with over 12 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, having worked in a number of roles that include working as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, Sales Management and part of the Mortgage Market Review implementation group for a High Street Bank.

Neil will look to support our brokers in the North East and across Yorkshire by providing exceptional customer service and solutions to their lending enquiries.

Away from work, Neil loves spending his spare time exploring new places with his fiancé, their children and Oscar, the Golden Retriever. Neil is also a big football fan and tries to keep fit where possible.

Our specially trained and highly dedicated Intermediary Sales and Support Team consist of Jas, Andrew, Chloe, Kandis, Priya, Gino, Jas, Hannah and Patricia as well as Team manager Florence.

The team understands the importance of being on hand should you need to pick up the phone and talk to somebody. Upon speaking to any member of the team, you will find that they are more than happy to help with everything from burning pre-application queries, to technical support.

Each member of the team brings a wealth of experience in their own right and take great pride in their role to support our intermediary partners.

Sharon joins the West Brom with a wealth of experience including being both a mortgage adviser and mortgage underwriter for Halifax. Sharon previously worked for Bradford & Bingley where she obtained her FPC, covering branches in both Hertfordshire and Essex.

Away from work Sharon spends her spare time traveling to unusual destinations with her husband and two teenage children as well as volunteering at her local homeless shelter. Sharon enjoys setting herself a challenge and completed an Open University Psychology degree whilst working full time and has also run a couple of marathons.
