Service standards

You can find our current service standards here.

We aim to:

• Complete the initial review of your full mortgage application by an underwriter and instruct valuation within three working days.
• Process your supporting documentation within four working days.
• Offer your applications within two working days once all supporting documentation has been received (subject to valuation).
• Offer your applications within 21 working days.

We need your support to:

• Scan and upload the supporting documents and review against the individual checklists. Uploading documents that we haven’t asked for might slow down the process.
• Make sure that all the information you give us is accurate.
• Upload any supporting documents at the point that you submit your applications.
• On cases where an explanation is necessary please add a detailed note at the time of submission for the underwriter.
