Your dedicated Business Development Managers are your personal point of contact to discuss your case, backed up by our office-based Intermediary Sales and Support Team and dedicated underwriter.
In the six months to 30 September 2024, we reported record levels of homeowner lending, supporting over 3,000 people to buy their first home, and mortgages to first time buyers increasing by 39%.
We’ve also improved our policy and product offering allowing you to support more of your clients including:
- Shared ownership range.
- New build mortgage range for those with smaller deposits.
- Differentiated Standard Variable Rate approach.
- Full online system with an automated decision in principle, full mortgage application submission, document upload and case tracking facility.
- An automated valuation with a maximum LTV of 75% on selected remortgage applications.
Your support and feedback are important in helping us shape, develop and continuously improve what we offer. We regularly invite feedback from our intermediary partners through broker surveys, which confirms what we are doing well and where we may need to improve.
