Following a recent review of our lending policy, the following change will be implemented with effect from today, Monday 23 May 2022.
Change to our lending policy
Interest Only minimum equity
- Thresholds have been updated following a review. Prior to submitting a case, please check our Regional Equity Finder for the equity threshold

Pipeline applications
Where a DIP was submitted prior to Monday 23 May, conversion to a Full Mortgage Application in line with previous policy, will continue to be accepted up to close of business Monday 30 May.
